| 1. From the airport,
take 129 South toward Maryville. |
| 2. Merging into the
right lane at the split, continue on 129 until you
reach Highway 321 (Lamar Alexander Parkway). |
| 3. Turn left onto
321. Travel for 1.24 miles to Montvale Road. |
| 4. Take right onto
Montvale Road. |
| 5. Continue on
Montvale Road for approximately 11.5 miles. The last
mile will climb up the mountain. |
| 6. You will pass
under the Foothills Parkway and the road will turn
into Happy Valley Road, |
| 7. Continue on Happy
Valley Road down the mountain. |
| 8. Development
entrance is on the right. |

| Option 2 |
| 1. From intersection
of Highway 441/321 in Pigeon Forge, Light #3, take
highway 321 South 15 miles to Townsend. |
| 2. In Townsend, turn
right and continue on US Hwy 321 another 7.4 miles
to the Foothills Parkway on the left. |
| 3. Turn left onto
the Foothills Parkway, go approximately 0.2 miles,
turn right onto Foothills Parkway West toward Look
Rock. |
| 4. Follow the
Foothills Parkway approximately 9.3 miles to Flats
Road Exit. |
| 5. Turn left onto
Flats Road Exit (the sign here says 6. Campground,
Picnic Area, Flats Road), go approximately 0.1 mile,
turn right and go approximately 0.2 mile, turn right
again to get onto Flats Road. |
| 6. Take Flats Road
approximately 0.6 miles to intersection with Happy
Valley Road at stop sign. |
| 7. Turn left at stop
sign, onto Happy Valley Road, go approximately 0.2
mile to Overlook Entrance on the right. |
